USE OF ANY WORLD BIBLE SCHOOL LOGO OR IMAGES IS CONTINGENT UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. World Bible School, Inc. ("WBS") d/b/a/ wbschool.net, internet.wbschool.net, postal.wbschool.net, (the "Teachers Sites"), cmis.wbschool.net (the "CMIS Site") and their related sites including wbschool.org (the "Student Site") is the sole owner of the WBS Logo (the “Logo”), which is a trademark registered or pending to be registered in the U.S. Your use of the Logo acknowledges WBS’s ownership of the Logo. All use of or goodwill associated with the Logo shall insure to the benefit of WBS. WBS reserves the right to take action against any use of the Logo that does not conform to any of the conditions herein, or that infringes any intellectual property or other rights of WBS or any of its affiliates, or violates other applicable law.

Use of the Logo does not indicate or create any endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation of or with your Web site by WBS or any of its affiliates. Use of the Logo does not indicate or permit the use of WBS text, site content, lesson or course materials. These are the sole ownership and use of the official WBS web sites. The Logo is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement and use of the Logo is at your sole risk.

Permission to use the Logo is not permission to use the WBS course material or web site content. WBS course material, supplemental materials and other web site content are the sole ownership of WBS and may not be reproduced in written, copied or electronic form for distribution without express consent of WBS administration.

2. WBS hereby grants you a license to use the Logo, provided you agree that:

i. the Logo will be used solely for the purpose of linking to Students Site - http://www.wbschool.org (the “Link”);
ii. the Link will always be an active link;
iii. the Logo will always stand alone and will not be combined with any other graphical elements;
iv. the Logo will not be altered in any manner including its size, proportions, font, design, arrangement, colors or elements, or animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance;
v. the Logo will not appear more prominently than your personal, company, church, product, service, or Web site name in an attempt to present your website as WBS;
vi. the Logo will be displayed in a positive manner and will not be used in any way that adversely reflects on WBS or any of its affiliates, or their products or services;
vii. the Logo will not be transferred, assigned, sold, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited by your Link to us or your use of the Logo; and
viii. the Logo will appear as provided by WBS.

3. The license further depends on your agreement that:

i. the Logo will not appear on any pages or Web sites including content or advertising for alcoholic beverages, tobacco, political material, firearms, artifacts, or real estate developments;
ii. the Logo will not appear on pages including content which WBS finds in its sole discretion to be objectionable or which includes obscene, pornographic, violent, intolerant, tasteless, or denigrating, or sexually oriented content or materials;
iii. the Logo will not create or give the appearance of creating an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, affiliation, or recommendation of any product or service by WBS or any of its affiliates.

4. The license further depends on your agreement that the Logo will not be used or displayed in a way that disparages WBS or its affiliates or their products or services, infringes any intellectual property or other rights of WBS or any of its affiliates, violates any state, federal, or international law, or diminishes or otherwise damages WBS’s goodwill in the Logo.

5. WBS reserves the right to make any change to the information and/or license provided herein at any time for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping up with any such changes.

6. WBS reserves the right to revoke the Logo license for any reason, in which case you agree to remove the Link and stop use of the Logo within 12 hours of notice of revocation. In such a case you will be prohibited from reinstating the Link or using the Logo without further written permission from wbschool.net. This agreement shall be governed by federal and District of Columbia law.
