Getting Started - Check List

Welcome to the WBS Internet program. Print this page and use it as your check list guide to the basics of getting started.
There are five simple steps.

Step 1 of 5 - Register

To register as a WBS Internet teacher, visit the Internet Teachers web site.

Complete?	Task	Examples & Notes
	Open your web browser and type <or> copy and paste the website address. http://internet.wbschool.net
	Under the gray "Contact Us" tab, you will find a link to the registration form that says "Register now - click here." Click there!
	Complete the WBS Teacher Enrollment Form and click the button that says, "Enroll".

Step 2 of 5 - Login to "myWBS"

When your account is activated, you will receive myWBS login information.

	You will receive another email from WBS, "Your account has been activated!".	Note: This email contains your myWBS username and password to login.

	As instructed in the email, open your browser and type the address for myWBS.
	Login to myWBS with the username and password you received in the email "WBS - Your account has been activated!".
	In myWBS, click the tab at the top (or the link on the left) to "Getting Started". All the information you need to prepare for becoming a WBS Internet study helper is contained in the Getting Started section.

Step 3 of 5 - Download the Courses

Next, download the WBS courses to your computer.

	Click the link - "1. Download the Courses".
	Read the information on "WBS Internet: Official Course Download" and click the image link.
	Click the link to begin the WBS course download.
	Choose the option that best suits you: Begin the download <or> View the tutorial with step-by-step instructions.

Step 4 of 5 - Read the "Getting Started" pages.

Read the remaining Getting Started pages.

	Sending the Lessons
	Grading the Lesons
	Keeping Records
	Teaching Tips
	Student Referrals
	Baptism Requests

Step 5 of 5 - Request Students

Now you are ready to request your first students.

	Send an email to the Teacher Coordinator: teachers@wbschool.org Include the following 3 items: "I'm ready to update my profile with my student rotation". Write a sample of your personal introduction Copy and paste a practice lesson below your introduction. (Intro Lesson 2 from the WBS Courses)
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the Getting Started proceess. You are now an active WBS Internet Study Helper! May God bless you with much fruit.
